Hey Science lady! This question comes from one of my students in the first grade class at Norton Elementary. Fred asks: Dear SL, where is the best region for me to design my primers for chromatin immunoprecipitation? Should I be looking directly on the promoter and TATA box, or just roughly a kilobase upstream of the start site? Intron 1? I'm putting the results in a mobile!
